This loose lay floor is made up of a high performance particle board core. Panels are skilfully engineered with a full depth edge band to protect the surface finish. Top and bottom surfaces are laminated with galvanised steel sheets. The surface finish is laminated to the top and trimmed to fit flush with the panel sides.

RG2 is a lightweight, loose lay flooring system fully tested to the requirements of the European Standard for raised access floors BS EN12825. The RG2 access flooring system is ideal for small offices with low occupancy levels and limited use of filing cabinets.
Its ultra-slim design of just 23mm provides the maximum usable void within the confines of floor heights between 60mm to 370mm.
The RG2 system enables easy panel removal and replacement. The system provides exceptional panel edge strength, despite its slim profile.

The RG5 system enables easy panel removal and replacement. The system provides full electrical continuity and static dispersion where required.

Europed pedestals are made from a Zinc plated steel construction, ensuring electrical continuity, pre-assembled to help minimize installation time. The pedestals have a locking nut to ensure that once adjusted and locked there is no movement in the pedestal head.
The head of the pedestals is designed to accept a range of support stringers. The head caps have a 90mm diameter and provide positive panel location. Adjustment is a nominal +/-40mm; less on lower void heights, with the range of floor heights ranging from 16mm to 347mm.

The Buzon pedestal incorporates a patented slope-correcting device, which compensates for a substrate fall of 0-5%, to provide a perfectly level floor finish. The interchangeable spacer tabs allow for 2mm, 3mm, 4.5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm gaps between pavers, providing positive drainage and making uneven paving lines a thing of the past.

USF 1250 Access floor panels are uniquely designed with hemispherical reinforcing pockets on the underside. It ensures structural strength, ultimate durability and acoustic performance. The pedestal assembly shall provide easy adjustment of leveling and accurately align panels for a maximum +- 25 mm in the vertical direction. The Pedestal head assembly shall consist of embossed head mechanically riveted to a rolled formed stud and 2 check nuts for level adjustment and arresting vertical movement. The pedestal head shall consist of an anti-vibration conductive cap with inbuilt isolating spacers for Panel and stringer location. The stringer shall be continuous box type, for strength, lateral stability, and for enhanced rolling loads performance and to support the panels on all four sides for alignment without leaving any gap at the pedestal head preventing air leakage.
